Malena Baum, founder: Designing and transforming places and celebrations is both my greatest passion and my core expertise. I discover extraordinary locations for your events, create modern and surprising spatial and floral concepts, and bring them to life with artistry and imagination. Many years of experience in the design and event world, paired with my love for detail, allow me to shape ideas into perfectly tailored, individual creations.

Przemek Schreck, founder: Creating experiences of a truly one-of-a-kind nature brings me immense joy. Inspiring people and making them happy seems to be in my blood, and it’s something I strive for time and again. Alongside lavish celebrations, stylish happenings and captivating art events, I also lead bespoke expeditions to some of the most fascinating places on earth.

At secret monkey, I unite my background in fine dining and the event world to serve up refined entertainment and moments of stylish delight.

Przemek Schreck, founder: Creating unique and memorable experiences brings me immense joy. Inspiring and delighting people is something I'm passionate about, and I strive to achieve it time and again. Besides lavish parties, stylish events, and captivating art events, I also lead tailor-made expeditions to the world's most fascinating destinations.

At secret monkey, I combine my experience in upscale gastronomy and the event industry to serve the finest entertainment and stylish pleasure.

René, Technical Director: As the stories go, René has a huge heart, eight arms, endless patience and the powers of Superman. Wherever he is needed, he is there – offering a helping hand before you even think to ask, and finishing the job before the question is spoken. René simply masters his craft: he rigs cables, runs wires and builds trusses with calm precision. He always has the right key, turns vague ideas into tangible solutions and provides the technical foundation for even the wildest wishes. One thing is certain: there is no secret monkey celebration without René.

Désirée: With exquisite tact, Désirée blends style with genuine hospitality—always attentive, gracious and light-hearted. She serves the finest service with quiet ease and often knows the answer before the question is even asked. With her calm presence, she builds bridges effortlessly and is that reassuring shoulder one gladly leans on.

Harmonious, thoughtful and impeccably present, she masters exactly what matters most. The secret monkey looks on in awe—and we feel truly fortunate to have her on board.

Désirée: She skillfully blends style with hospitality, acting attentively, elegantly, and cheerfully. She provides impeccable service with care and often knows the answer before you even ask. Her calm demeanor allows her to bridge gaps and be a comforting presence. Completely harmonious and ever-present, she excels at what truly matters. Selina: With her, life and plenty of character enters the room. Never the same mood twice and wonderfully multifaceted, Selina serves, designs and decorates with equal ease. She rolls up her sleeves, unpacks, mixes, serves and, above all, puts smiles on faces. She dances wildly, has a mischievous streak and a quick tongue – yet can be utterly charming and full of flair. Loved by the young, the old and everyone in between. Once you meet her, you simply have to like her.

Bernd: There are event photos—and then there are photographs by Bernd Schönberger. His images are rich in atmosphere, deeply moving and quietly powerful. Thoughtful in his choice of motifs and wonderfully unobtrusive in his presence, he is always accompanied by a subtle, knowing smile. Bernd has a rare gift for creating ease and intimacy. He makes the camera disappear, allowing genuine moments to unfold—and from them, magical visual memories of truly one-of-a-kind character. secret monkey is delighted to have him and recommends him wholeheartedly.
